Cool Stuffs Review

I bought this computer on Saturday, and by Friday the computer would not boot up - the OS had become completely corrupt. Of course, after reading every single booklet that came with the computer trying to find some sort of reference to customer service, I found a small paragraph that read "For customer support centers in your area, visit http://www....etc." I find it pretty difficult to go to a customer service website to find a number when my computer won't work! Luckily I still had my MAC on hand, I was anticipating its demise by purchasing this Acer computer. I visited the website and it referred me to the only customer support center in the US - in Texas, on the other side of the country. After waiting on hold for about 30 minutes, I got through to a representative who guided me through the system restore process - to restore the computer to factory settings (mind you I've only owned this computer for 5 days).
